At the Colony Square Athletic Club, we take a unique approach to exercise with a focus on the oveall exercise experience and on building healthy, active lifestyles. We recently built a Speciality Group Training (S.G.T.) Mega-Studio to offer you the most cutting edge state of the art equipment. Specialty Group Training (S.G.T.) is less expensive and more fun than traditional one-on-one personal training.

Additionally, your workouts will be anything but conventional as kettle bells, heavy marine ropes, monster tires, sledge hammers and spin bike interval training become part of your regular workout routine!  It is our goal to think outside the box of traditional training and to make your workouts FUN and functional to meet your needs.

Intensity is key and the key to intensity is proper nutriton to fuel these intense workouts.

High Intensity, short burst exercises using large muscle groups in addition to your regular strength training will jump start your results and have you ready for summer much earlier than you expected.
